BRISTOL PORTBURY
We'll transfer you to Bristol Royal Portbury where you will board the ship the Ambition for its early evening departure. (D)

Day 2

AT SEA
Sea days are the perfect opportunity to explore the ship, relax and unwind. You may choose to relax in the spa, enjoy amazing entertainment, attend a class or visit the onboard library - there really is something for everyone. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 3

LE VERDON (FOR BORDEAUX)
By early morning the ship arrives into Le Verdon, a coastal town on the doorstep of Bordeaux's famous wine country. From here you can explore historic harbours like Port-Medoc. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 4

GETXO (FOR BILBAO)
Stretching along Spain's Basque coast is historic Getxo. Blending cultural richness with seaside charm it offers gorgeous promenade walks and the chance to indulge in traditional Basque cuisine in the famous Old Port. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 5

GIJÓN
Gijón on Spain's northern coast unveils a sun-washed cityscape steeped in Asturian charm. Wander historic promenades, discover contemporary art and embrace the understated beauty of this charming Spanish port town. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 6

LA CORUÑA (FOR SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA)
Perched atop a Galician promontory is La Coruña, an historic Spanish port city. Walk along the storied promenade of Paseo Maritimo and visit ancient sites such as the Tower of Hercules for amazing views of this city overlooking the Bay of Biscay. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 7

LEIXÕES (FOR OPORTO)
Near the city of Porto, Leixões is one of Portugal's major seaports and is widely associated with the exporting of port wine. Day trips to Porto are a popular activity but there are also quayside beaches and vases to enjoy on either side of the Douro River. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 8

LISBON
Enjoy a day in Portugal's bustling capital Lisbon which offers a mix of Old World charm and seaside vibes. Lose yourself in the maze of narrow streets in the Alfama district and enjoy lunch atop the scenic overlook of Santa Catarina. (B, L, AT, D)

Days 9 & 10

AT SEA
Enjoy another two days at sea, making the most of your surroundings on the fabulous ship. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 11

LORIENT
Lorient in southern Brittany is a charming French town with a distinctly Celtic twist. Engage with local maritime history by visiting beautiful Catholic churches and the Second World War-era Lorient Submarine Base. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 12

BREST
Located on the western coast of Brittany is the French port of Brest. Stroll along quaysides, discover historic fortifications and enjoy some unique Breton cuisine. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 13

AT SEA
Enjoy a final day at sea, making the most of your surroundings on the fabulous ship. (B, L, AT, D)

Day 14

BRISTOL PORTBURY TO SOUTH WALES
Arriving into Bristol Royal Portbury you will be met by your Edwards coach and driver for the return journey back to South Wales. (B)
