New Year in Torquay

Day 1

A morning departure from South Wales travelling to the Belgrave Hotel in Torquay arriving with time to relax and familiarise yourself with the hotel. Once you are settled into you room, come and enjoy complementary tea, coffee and seasonal treats in the lounge. This evening, we would like to invite you to begin your break with a canape and drinks reception at 5:00pm in the lounge where the General Manager will personally welcome you to your New Year Break at The Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa. Join us in Seasons Restaurant any time between 6:00pm and 9:00pm for your candlelit six course evening meal while being serenaded by our resident pianist. All of our food is cooked especially for you by our team of excellent chefs. Your night is then packed with fabulous entertainment.

Day 2

After a relaxing night's sleep, begin your day with a hearty breakfast served between 7:30am and 10:00am, including a delectable continental buffet spread alongside full English breakfast or alternative hot options cooked especially for you and served to your table. The morning is then yours to explore the beautiful sights Torquay has to offer or relax in our fabulous spa before we welcome you back to the lounge at 2.30pm along with tea, coffee and treats for you to enjoy. Join us in Seasons Restaurant for your delicious six course meal followed by a night full of excellent entertainment.

Day 3

Breakfast will be served in Seasons Restaurant between 7:30am and 10:00am, then why not try your luck at guessing the weight of the cake. Enjoy a light finger buffet lunch before settling down with your team to tackle the Big Quiz of the Year at 2:00pm in the lounge. Please join us in the lounge prior to your reserved dinner for a drinks reception ready for your delightful gala dinner to begin. Your evening will entail a night full of dancing and cabaret followed by a disco to see us into the 2026. We don't want you getting peckish before midnight so enjoy a late-night sweet & snack table served at 10:30pm and see in the New Year with a glass of complimentary bubbly.

Day 4

New Years Day - Happy New Year!! - Begin 2026 in style by joining us for breakfast between 8.00am and 10.30am with a glass of Mimosa. If you wish join us for an optional trip to see a festive variety show at Babbacombe Theatre (extra) with transport included, please purchase your tickets from our reception team by Monday. Take some time to yourself to unwind in Seasons Restaurant with tea, coffee and festive treats at 3:00pm while watching a live performance! Join us in the evening for a delicious 6 Course evening meal and a great night full of entertainment.

Day 5

Join us in Seasons Restaurant for a hearty breakfast served between 7.30am - 10am before your journey home begins. We hope you have enjoyed your festive break with us and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. All good things must come to an end, and we depart after breakfast and make our way back home to South Wales with suitable comfort stop en route.
