Ludlow is a charming town with a medieval castle and excellent local food market and is a fantastic base for our tour to Shropshire. From here we’ll also visit the towns of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock as well as Stokesay Castle, the finest and best-preserved fortified medieval manor house in England.

Day 1

We depart locally and travel to Ludlow and onto our hotel for 4 night's dinner bed & breakfast.

Day 2 - 4

STOKESAY CASTLE & SHREWSBURY
Step into the finest and best-preserved fortified medieval manor house in England, Stokesay Castle. Here you can discover the great hall which remains unchanged for over 700 years or climb to the top of the fairy-tale tower for breath-taking views of the Shropshire Hills. We'll also visit the pleasant market town of Shrewsbury.

BRIDGNORTH & MUCH WENLOCK
Enjoy an excursion visiting Bridgnorth which is divided into High Town and Low Town by the River Severn and linked by a Victorian funicular. From here we'll visit Much Wenlock, a charming town filled with black and white houses and a good range of independent shops.

Day 5

We depart after breakfast and travel back home to South Wales making a suitable comfort stop en route.
