Selected Show Synopsis

Peter Pan Goes Wrong  is a highly physical comedy packed with finely-tuned farce and Buster Keaton inspired slapstick, delivered with split-second timing and ambitious daring. The play sees the ‘Cornley Drama Society’ back on stage battling technical hitches, flying mishaps and cast disputes as they attempt to present J.M Barrie’s much-loved tale. But will they ever make it to Neverland?

 

Stranger Things: The First Shadow? Hawkins, 1959: a regular town with regular worries. Young Jim Hopper’s car won’t start, Bob Newby’s sister won’t take his radio show seriously and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate and get the hell out of town. When new student Henry Creel arrives, his family finds that a fresh start isn’t so easy… and the shadows of the past have a very long reach.

 

Mrs. Doubtfire Out-of-work actor Daniel will do anything for his kids. After losing custody in a messy divorce, he creates the alter ego of Scottish nanny Euphegenia Doubtfire in a desperate attempt to stay in their lives. As his new character takes on a life of its own, MRS. DOUBTFIRE teaches Daniel more than he bargained for about how to be a father.

When Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society decides to stage a 1920s murder mystery, as the title suggests, everything that can go wrong... does! These accident-prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! Will the cast ever remember their lines? Will we ever find out who murdered Charles Haversham? And as the set collapses around them, can the Cornley Polytchnic Drama Society escape with their lives?
