TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We travel to northern England / southern Scotland where we stay overnight. (D)

Day 2

OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO THE KYLE OF LOCHALSH
We continue our journey north into the Kyle of Lochalsh where we stay overnight. (D)


Day 3

THE ISLE OF SKYE TO BENBECULA
This morning we cross the Isle of Skye, the largest of the Inner Hebrides to Lochmaddy from where we take the ferry to the Isle of Benbecula where we stay overnight. (B, D)

Day 4

THE UISTS & THE ISLE OF HARRIS TO THE ISLE OF LEWIS
Today we cross the Uists - a necklace of islands and islets in the Outer Hebrides, often more water than land, linked together by causeways and bridges then sail to the Isle of Harris, a deep and mountainous island with moorlands, deep lochs and glorious coastline. We continue on to Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis where we stay for the next two nights. (B, D)


Day 5

GUIDED TOUR OF LEWIS
We'll be joining a local coach today for a fascinating guided tour of Lewis, with many island stories to be told! During the day we'll visit the 5000 year old standing stones of Callanish, the ancient thatched Black Houses at Gearrannan with entry included and Carloway Broch, a fortified towner dating back over 2000 years. Day 6

ISLE OF LEWIS TO THE HIGHLANDS
We depart by ferry from the Isle of Lewis to Ullapool and continue to our overnight hotel in the Highlands. (B, D)

Day 7

THE HIGHLANDS TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We depart our overnight hotel in the Highlands and commence our journey to our final overnight hotel. (B, D)

Day 8

FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We depart this morning and complete the journey home. (B)
