The A-ROSA DONNA offers the ultimate in comfort and luxury for guests to take in the passing scenery. There are 93 outside cabins with a maximum of 198 passengers on four decks. It is an international ship with an international Cruise Director and all announcements are also made in English.

TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Following our Channel crossing to Calais we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation.
Day 2
FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO PASSAU
We continue our journey to Passau in Germany where we embark the A-ROSA DONNA our home for the next 7 nights. We depart this evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and sail through the night. (B,D)
Day 3
VIENNA
This afternoon we arrive into Vienna, the capital of Austria is a charming city known for its Imperial palaces, most notably the Schönbrunn and remain here overnight. The A-ROSA Destination Scout will be on hand to help you get the most from your time here. (B,L,D)
Day 4
VIENNA
Enjoy another day at leisure in beautiful Vienna, admire the many beautiful Baroque buildings or immerse yourself in its coffee-house culture and taste the delicious Sachertorte. We depart Vienna this evening. (B,L,D)
Day 5
ESZTERGOM & BUDAPEST
We wake up this morning in Esztergom, the birth and coronation place of the first Hungarian king, St Stephen - it was also the capital of Hungary until the 13th century. After a couple of hours to explore here we set sail for Budapest, arriving by mid afternoon and where we are moored in a central location overnight. One of life's magical travel experiences is enjoying an included drink on the sun deck of your ship in the evening, with the sky lit up with the city lights on either side of you - simply wonderful. Day 6
BUDAPEST
Budapest the capital of Hungary is a city of two distinct halves, Buda and Pest on either side of the imposing Danube. The top sights to explore here are the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, Heroe's Square, St Stephen's Basilica and the majestic Parliament building. A range of optional excursions are available, including a trip to a Kiskunzang National Park with a ride on a horse-drawn carriage observing the culture of the Hungarian countryside. We set sail once again by mid afternoon. (B,L,D)
Day 7
This morning we'll arrive into Slovakia's capital Bratislava, set along the River Danube close to the border with Austria and Hungary. Why not explore the medieval Gothic old town with its baroque palaces alongside modern buildings. (B,L,D)
Day 8
WACHAU VALLEY
Today we cruise through the scenic Wachau Valley, an area known for its rolling hills, vineyards and fortresses. Should you choose, there is an optional excursions to Krems and the sunning baroque Abbey at Melk that can be booked whilst on board (cost not included). (B, L,D)

FROM PASSAU TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
After disembarking we head north through France to our final overnight stay. (B,D)

We travel to Calais for the return sea crossing and complete the journey home. (B)

On certain cruises, it may be necessary to sail throughout the night, details of which will be shown on your final itinerary where applicable. Cruise ports of call are generally situated in central locations of the cities or resorts that we are visiting. However, we cannot guarantee that the resort/city centres are within suitable walking distances from where the ship docks. River cruise routes could be subject to change due to local weather, traffic, flooding, high and low water levels, lock closures, road works and other unforeseen circumstances. A-ROSA and the ship's captain reserve the right to modify the cruising itinerary to ensure the safe navigation of the vessel.

The on-board currency is Euro. During the trip, use your cabin card as your own credit card. At the end of the journey you can pay your final account in cash, with EC card or with the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express. When paying by credit card or EC/Maestro card, you will need your PIN code. Please make sure that you have your personal PIN code with you. The booking of shore excursions will be billed to your cabin account.
