Christmas in Scotland - Aberfoyle

Day 1

Depart South Wales in the morning travelling to the Rob Roy Hotel in Aberfoyle. Settle in your room before joining fellow guests for tea, coffee and biscuits in the Tartan room between 3.30pm and 6.00pm. A fabulous 3 course dinner will be waiting for you in the Ballroom followed by live entertainment

Day 2

Christmas Eve! Following a hearty breakfast, we make our way to the Glasgow. Tea/coffee, cakes & mulled wine will be served from 3.30pm - 5.30pm this afternoon in the Tartan room with a chance to meet fellow guests. A sumptuous dinner will be served in the Ballroom followed by a great night of entertainment.

Day 3

Christmas Day! "Happy Christmas Everyone" A traditional breakfast will be served. Tea and coffee will be available from 11am until 6pm. Enjoy a relaxed morning followed by Traditional set Christmas lunch with a complementary glass of wine and present! Later, enjoy a Rob Roy Gala Buffet followed by dancing

Day 4

Boxing Day! Following your hearty breakfast, we make our way to Stirling, where you may wish to visit the Old Town and historic castle, overlooking the site of 'Braveheart' Sir William Wallace's greatest victory. Stirling's Old Town with its bustling city centre boasts the finest concentration of historic buildings in Scotland. Beautifully preserved medieval and Renaissance churches and mansions cluster around the Old Town, flanked by cobbled streets, period street furniture and Victorian styled iron work. Later, back at the hotel, join us in the Tartan room for Tea, Coffee and cakes between 3.30pm and 5.30pm. Your 3-course dinner will be followed by bingo & a Quiz.

Day 5

After breakfast, we bid you a fond farewell but ask you to "haste ye back" and make the return journey back home to South Wales. Comfort and refreshment stop will be taken en route when your driver can give you an accurate time of arrival if you are to be met by friends or relatives.
