Christmas in Austria on the Red Dragon

Day 1

TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Following the Channel crossing to Calais we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. (D)

Day 2

OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO IGLS
We complete the journey to our resort where we stay for the next five nights with a glass of mulled wine and guided walk on arrival. After dinner there will be musical entertainment in the hotel. (B, D)

Day 3

INNSBRUCK & CHRISTMAS PARADE
Excursion to the city of Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol with time at leisure for you to see the main sights including the historic old town with its legendary Golden Roof, the Hofburg, This evening before dinner enjoy the Christmas in Igls parade with nativity scene and carols. (B, D)

Day 4

RATTENBERG
This morning we visit the small town of Rattenberg, known as the Tyrolean home of glass and crystal with free time to explore. There will be Christmas carols and poems performed by an Austrian musical family this evening as well as the opportunity to attend midnight mass (no coach transfer). (B, D)

Day 5

CHRISTMAS DAY
Enjoy a relaxing Christmas Day in your resort. (B, L, D)

Day 6

MAYRHOFEN
Enjoy a scenic drive to the lively traditional Austrian ski resort of Marhofen, (B, D)

Day 7

IGLS TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We depart our hotel and continue to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. (B, D)

Day 8

FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Continue to Calais and complete the journey home. (B)
