Benidorm - 25 Nights

Day 1

TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL (FRANCE)
Following our Channel crossing to Calais we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. (D)

Day 2

OVERNIGHT HOTEL (FRANCE) TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL (SPAIN)
We continue our journey southwards and cross the border into Spain where we stay overnight on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. (B,D)

Day 3

OVERNIGHT HOTEL (SPAIN) TO BENIDORM
We continue our journey to Benidorm arriving this afternoon. We stay here for the next 21 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. (B,D)

Days 4 - 23

Enjoy a long relaxing break in Benidorm with the following excursions:

VILLAJOYOSA (Half Day)
Enjoy a morning trip to the nearby town of Villajoyosa, famous for its chocolate factories. On Thursday's there is a large market here to explore.

ALICANTE (Full Day)
Scenic drive to the southern Costa Blanca as we visit the stunning city of Alicante. There is an historic quarter with a maze of ancient streets, a vibrant central market and castle perched high above the city all waiting to be discovered.

GUADALEST (Half Day)
Excursion to the mountain top village of Guadalest with cobbled streets and offering spectacular views of the valley and turquoise water reservoir from the Plaza de San Gregorio.

ALTEA (Half Day)
Excursion to the charming town of Altea where you will find an old town perched on top of a hill with medieval cobbled streets as well as a palm-fringed promenade.

DÉNIA - (Half Day)
Explore the cosmopolitan port city of Dénia where you will find an ancient Moorish castle, well preserved ancient walls and bastions as well as beaches of fine sand.

TORREVIEJA - (Full Day)
Visit to Torrevieja further south along the Costa Blanca from Benidorm. It is a quieter resort with fantastic Blue Flag beaches and every Friday there is one of the largest open-air markets in Spain.

TORRE DE LA ILLETTA (Half Day)
See the Torre de la Illetta, a tower built in the 16th century for surveillance of the maritime coast.

CARTEGENA (Full Day)
Discover the port of Cartagena on the Mediterranean's Costa Cálida.

Day 24

BENIDORM TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Sadly we must leave Benidorm today and commence our journey home. We stay in an overnight hotel on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. (B, D)

Day 25

OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL (FRANCE)
We depart the overnight hotel and continue to our final overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation in France. (B,D)

Day 26

FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Continue to Calais and complete the journey home. (B)
