Day 1
TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Following our Channel crossing to Calais, we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation.
Day 2
OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO LEYSIN
We depart our overnight hotel and complete our journey to Leysin where we stay for the next four nights.
Day 3
MONTREUX CHRISTMAS MARKET
Excursion to the town of Montreux, nestled in a sheltered Lake Geneva bay and surrounded by snow covered Alps. Here you can discover the ambience of one of Switzerland's most beautiful Christmas markets featuring more than 150 decorated chalets selling festive gifts and food.
Day 4
BERNE CHRISTMAS MARKET & CHOCOLATE FACTORY
We start today with a visit to Maison Cailler Nestlé in Broc, the famous Swiss Chocolate manufacturer for a tour and tasting. From here we continue to the wonderful city of Berne, the capital of Switzerland. It is a medieval city and the Old Town with houses some of which date back to the 15th century, provides a wonderful backdrop to the Berne Christmas Market.
Day 5
ZERMATT
Today we travel to Täsch where we board the shuttle train to Zermatt, a famous alpine village which lies at the foot of the Matterhorn. Here you will find traditional timber-clad chalets lit up with twinkling lights which make Zermatt especially beautiful at Christmas time. After free time to explore at leisure we take the shuttle back to Täsch.
Day 6
LEYSIN TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We depart our hotel and continue to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation.
Day 7
FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We travel to Calais and complete the journey home.
