The A-ROSA BRAVA offers the ultimate in comfort and luxury for guests to take in the passing scenery. There are 99 outside cabins with a maximum of 202 passengers on four decks. It is an international ship with an international Cruise Director and all announcements are also made in English.

TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Following our Channel crossing to Calais we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation.
Day 2
FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO COLOGNE
We continue our journey where we embark the A-ROSA Brava our home for the next 5 nights. We depart this evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and sail through the night. (B,D)
Day 3
RÜDESHEIM
We arrive in the bustling town of Rüdesheim by late morning and you will have the day here to explore at leisure. Be sure to visit the narrow cobblestoned lane the Drosselgasse where you will find many shops and bier taverns in half-timbered medieval buildings. We depart Rüdesheim in the early evening and sail through the night. (B,L,D)
Day 4
GERMERSHEIM (SPEYER)
Germersheim in the Upper Rhine is around 20km from the city of Speyer which is over 2000 years old. It is Germany's oldest planned medieval town and its most prominent monument is its cathedral which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Transport from the ship to Speyer and back to the ship is included, giving you lots of time to explore. (B,L,D)
Day 5
STRASBOURG/KEHL (as mooring point)
Today your Rhine cruise will call at Strasbourg - a centre of European policymaking. Here you will find medieval half-timbered houses and elegant palaces as well as the Gothic Cathedral de Notre Dame which boasts a viewing platform 66 metres high offering spectacular views over the rooftops to the Vosges and the Black Forest. Day 6
MAINZ, MIDDLE RHINE VALLEY & KOBLENZ
Explore Mainz this morning where you will find an Old Town with half-timbered houses and medieval market squares. The famous Gutenberg Museum (celebrating the inventor of the printing press) is well worth a visit too. The A-ROSA Destination scout is on hold to give you tips to help you get the most from your day. We then sail through the picturesque Lorelei Valley and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley before arriving in Koblenz by early evening. Why not explore the charming old town to take in the atmosphere. Sail through the night back to Cologne. (B,L,D)

FROM COLOGNE
After disembarking we travel to Calais for the return sea crossing and complete the journey home. (B)

On certain cruises, it may be necessary to sail throughout the night, details of which will be shown on your final itinerary where applicable. Cruise ports of call are generally situated in central locations of the cities or resorts that we are visiting. However, we cannot guarantee that the resort/city centres are within suitable walking distances from where the ship docks. River cruise routes could be subject to change due to local weather, traffic, flooding, high and low water levels, lock closures, road works and other unforeseen circumstances. A-ROSA and the ship's captain reserve the right to modify the cruising itinerary to ensure the safe navigation of the vessel.

The on-board currency is Euro. During the trip, use your cabin card as your own credit card. At the end of the journey you can pay your final account in cash, with EC card or with the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express. When paying by credit card or EC/Maestro card, you will need your PIN code. Please make sure that you have your personal PIN code with you. The booking of shore excursions will be billed to your cabin account.
