Sandringham was the much-loved country retreat of Her late Majesty The Queen, set in acres of beautiful gardens. The main ground floor rooms are regularly used by the Royal Family and the décor and contents remain very much as they were in Edwardian times

Excursion to Houghton Hall, a palatial mansion built for Britain's first Prime Minister, situated in traditional parkland. The 5 acre walled garden has won awards in the past and features a spectacular double-sided herbaceous border and an Italian garden and there is an impressive collection of contemporary sculptures in the grounds.
