Day 1
Depart South Wales in the morning travelling along the Welsh Marches to Chester. Tea, coffee and scones will be available upon arrival. Relax and enjoy your surroundings before tonight's evening meal.
Day 2
Christmas Eve! - Breakfast is served in Stables Bar & Grill Restaurant. Meet in the lounge area on the ground floor at 09.50 am if you wish to take part in the ' Walking Tour of Chester' at 10.15 am. For guests not taking part there will be tea and coffee served in the lounge between 11:00-11:30am. Lunch will be served at 12 noon in the Chester Suite. Between 2.30pm-3.30pm you can enjoy a quiz with Dave & Debbie and assuming your lunch has settled meet in the lounge for afternoon tea, coffee and mince pies at 3.30pm. At 6.30pm your dinner will be served in the Chester Suite followed by tonight's entertainment. For those of our guests who wish to attend Midnight Mass, we suggest you leave in good time. Please liaise with reception for the church times - on your return we will welcome you back with piping hot chocolate and shortbread in the lounge; even if you don't go out, you are welcome to come down and join in.
Day 3
Christmas Day! 'Happy Christmas Everyone' Breakfast is served in Stables Bar & Grill Restaurant. Meet in the lounge area on the ground floor at 09.50 am if you wish to take part in the ' Christmas Walking Tour of Chester' at 10.00 am. For guests not taking part in the walk, there will be tea and coffee in the lounge between 11:00-11:30am. Individual copies of the 'HOTEL QUIZ' will be available from reception, please hand all completed entry forms to reception by 12 noon tomorrow. Your Christmas Day Lunch will be served in the Chester Suite at 12.00 pm where Father Christmas will be making a visit. At 3.00pm you can watch the Queens Speech in the lounge and afterwards the Christmas cake will be out on display for the 'Guess the Weight' competition. Tea and Christmas cake will be served in the lounge between 4:45-5:45pm. A Buffet dinner will be served at 6:30pm in the Chester Suite followed by tonight's entertainment including a sing-a-long and dancing.
Day 4
Boxing Day! Breakfast is served in Stables Bar & Grill Restaurant. There will be tea & coffee served in the lounge at 11.00am - 11.30am. The remainder of the morning is at leisure before lunch at 12noon in the Chester Suite. After lunch we have an afternoon coach tour to Liverpool. In the lounge at 3.30pm tea coffee and cookies will be served. At 7.00pm a Gala dinner will be served in the Chester Suite. The rest of the evening is spent in the Roodee Suite with your host Dave.
Day 5
Enjoy your leisurely breakfast in Stables Bar & Grill Restaurant and then sadly its time to depart and commence the journey home. A comfort stop will be taken en route when your driver can give you an accurate time of arrival if you are to be met by friends or relatives.
