Day 1
We travel to Fishguard/Pembroke for our ferry crossing to Rosslare and continue on to Co. Wicklow where we stay overnight on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. (D)
Day 2
After breakfast continue our journey to Northern Ireland, calling in at the coastal town of Bray en route. We stay in Coleraine for the next 4 nights. (B, D)
Day 3
Today we enjoy a train journey described by Michael Palin as being 'one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world'. En route from Coleraine to Derry the track runs alongside the sands of one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in Northern Ireland and passes the cliffs of Downhill. On arrival in Derry we enjoy a 2 hour guided tour (partly by coach and walking) to discover tales of 400 years of history of the walled city. (B, D)
Day 4
This morning we take in more stunning scenery as we drive along the Antrim Coast to Old Bushmills Distillery for a guided tour and tasting before continuing to the extraordinary Giant's Causeway and its award-winning Visitor Centre. For those less mobile there is a shuttle bus (extra charge applies) to take you down to the stones. (B,D)

Day 5
Our visit this morning is to one of Northern Ireland's oldest and most beautiful estates, Glenarm Castle. We'll explore the breath-taking walled garden here in its incomparable setting by the sea before returning to our hotel via the spectacular Antrim Coast. (B,D)
Day 6
We depart Coleraine this morning and make our way to our final overnight stay in Co. Wicklow arriving in time for dinner. (B,D)
Day 7
DAY 7: COUNTY WICKLOW TO HOME
We depart the hotel early for our return sailing to Pembroke, before continuing our journey home. (B)
